AWtomation will not attend the site unless this form has been completed by the customer.
Where a quote has been provided, that amount will be the cost reference. If no quote exists, the normal day rate of £650.00 + VAT will apply. No charge will be applied if the visit is required to resolve a fault or error caused by AWtomation.
Where testing is required, AWtomation requests that the equipment be available without limitation. If AWtomation is required to make additional visits or spend additional time to complete testing due to the equipment not being available, the Client will be billed for these additional costs.
AWtomation will not be held responsible for any project delays or additional costs caused by the customer or any third party they have instructed.
There must be a representative from the requesting contractor on site at all times for the duration of the visit by our engineer. If this is not the case, our engineer may leave the site, and an invoice will be raised for an abortive visit.
This form must only be signed and completed by a representative of the requesting company/organisation.
